Product Review: Spray Booths

Over the years, we’ve had more and more clients asking for a ready-to-go spray booth that’s built with the right extraction setup in mind. That’s exactly why we introduced this line of modular spray booths. Designed and manufactured right here in the UK, these booths offer a professional, workspace for spraying.
We’ve supplied these booths to automotive workshops, industrial furniture manufacturers, engineering firms, and even custom fabrication shops. The booths help isolate overspray, keep work areas cleaner, and improve operator safety by creating a well-ventilated environment that’s easy to manage.
Each booth is constructed with galvanised steel panels, And can be fitted with LED lighting, built to integrate seamlessly with ducting, filtration, or extraction systems. The modular design makes them relatively straightforward to install, especially when space and airflow are already planned out.

Available Sizes (All 2.25m High x 2.25m Deep):

What We Like Most

One of the best things about this product range is its build quality and modular flexibility. From the frame to the panels, these booths are designed to stand up to daily use in busy commercial settings.
Best Features:

  • Galvanised Steel Construction – Strong, rust-resistant, and long-lasting.
  • Pre-configured for Extraction – Easy to connect with your chosen ducting or filtration system.
  • Modular Sizes – A booth size to match different project scales.
  • LED Lighting (Option) – Great visibility even on detail work.
  • Quick Assembly – Many clients have managed to install these with minimal support.

There was a customer who once told us, a custom motorcycle builder, that he finally stopped dealing with floating overspray in his unit after switching to this booth setup. Cleaner results, happier staff, and fewer reworks.but most importantly being compliant with HSE regulations

What Could Be Improved

While we stand behind this product, it’s not without its considerations:

  • Not Fully Plug-and-Play – The booth provides a great shell, but you’ll still need to configure your extraction fans, filters, and ducting separately.
  • Footprint Planning – The 5.5m model (and especially the 6.6m) requires proper planning for space and access.
  • Delivery & Handling – Due to the size and weight of the components, unloading and installation sometimes need lifting equipment or an extra pair of hands.
