UK shipping charges entitle the customer to Royal Mail First Class postage (some heavier deliveries may be sent by Parcel Post or courier such as TNT for UK delivery addresses. We may, at our discretion, use Recorded Delivery. Due to the size of some of our items the shipping cost will be calculated once you have processed your order, please note your order can be cancelled at any time for any reason up until we have processed your payment.
Please allow 2-3 working days to process your order. Once an order is dispatched please refer to the delivery period stated by the shipping method you selected during checkout. All orders received muct be paid in full before an order is dispatched.

Missing and Delayed Deliveries
All UK orders are sent out by Royal Mail 1st Class post, Special Delivery or courier and should reach you within 3 working days. (We may, at our discretion, use Recorded Delivery.) If your order fails to be delivered, please notify us by telephone (01455 616444) or email using our Contact Us form. Non-Delivered Orders Please ensure that you enter a full and correct delivery address for your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are not delivered where a full and correct delivery address has not been given. If the order is returned to us by the Post Office we will re-send the order to the correct address on receipt of the correct additional postage fee for redelivery. If you no longer require the ordered item(s) we will refund your payment less postage and packing costs incurred by us and a restocking fee of up to 20% of the total product value. Delivery dates quoted are estimates only. We will make ever reasonable effort to keep them but we accept no liability for any financial or other loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery is nonetheless delayed nor shall any such delay entitle the Buyer not to accept or pay for the goods when they delivered.
All deliveries should be inspected on arrival. If there are any signs of damage you should inform us as soon as possible but within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will always replace damaged goods so long as you inform us within 7 days of receipt.
Where a product is covered by a manufacturer's 1 year warranty we will replace the product, providing they have been used in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications We will use our discretion in offering replacement items or refunds where we believe the product has not been used within the manufacturer's specifications. Before returning a faulty items please contact us either by telephone (01455 616444) or using our Contact Us form to obtain a Returns Code. Please ensure that you use the correct postage, we recommend that you obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate from the Post Office. Items posted without this certificate are done so at your own risk. We will include a refund of the postage you have paid to return the faulty item with the replacement goods.
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 14 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:
- Items are returned carriage paid.
- Items are received in a resalable condition.
- Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
- Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).
- We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.
- All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return. Please help us to help you by completing the relevant returns form.
Goods returned outside of the 14 day period which have been correctly supplied as invoiced at the time of purchase may incur a 25% handling charge We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
