Placing an order is simple, just let us know the items you require, and we can provide a quote. If you have any additional queries prior to placing your order then please call us or email on the details provided above and we will be happy to assist.
Additionally, if you require a product that you cannot find on our website, we can often get bespoke products of different dimensions made to order to fit your system. Please email us a sketch of what you require, and we can look into this for you.
You can place your order either through completing the online payment process or ringing to pay via a phone call, we can turn your quotes into orders.
Our friendly office team then process your order and send it down to the warehouse.
The warehouse team pick all the items off the order and keep it organised in one place until all the items are manufactured and ready for dispatch.
If you would like an idea of how long your delivery period will be, just call us and we will be happy to find out for you. Our typical delivery period for most standard items is between 3-5 working days. Larger items as standard take 5-7 working days.
Once all the items are ready for dispatch, we package them up accordingly to keep them safe and secure – smaller orders are boxed or bubble wrapped, we dispatch orders each weekday afternoon. After orders are dispatched, you will receive a notification alongside some tracking information. Be sure to check your tracking and follow your order along its route.
On arrival you will often be asked to sign for the items, or a photo will be taken. We ask for you to check the items and contact us within 7 days after arrival if there are any problems with your order.
