As part of our ongoing mission to organise, simplify, and streamline our warehouse processes, we’re proud to announce the launch of a new QR code system.
This digital upgrade eliminates the need for manual stock tracking, allowing us to monitor inventory levels more efficiently and accurately. Each product on our shelves is now clearly tagged with a unique QR code, enabling precise location identification and real-time stock checks.
A huge thank you to Rui, Nuno, Enya, and Graham for their dedication and behind-the-scenes work in implementing this system. Their efforts have been instrumental in bringing this improvement to life.
With more accurate stock data, our office team can operate more effectively, and we can provide our customers with up-to-date information on product availability – enhancing service across the board.
The QR code system has also significantly reduced the margin for human error during stock takes and order picking. By scanning products directly into our system, we’ve improved traceability and accountability, making it easier to identify discrepancies and maintain consistent stock levels. This not only increases efficiency but also strengthens our internal quality control processes.
Looking ahead, we’re exploring ways to embrace more smart solutions like this, we aim to create a more connected and responsive warehouse environment that supports our long-term growth and customer satisfaction goals.
