Amy is part of the sales team at Ducting Express and also looks after much of the day-to-day marketing. She joined the company in 2023 after graduating from university, stepping into her first office-based role and first position in the industry.
Since then, she has quickly built up her knowledge of dust and fume extraction products and how customers use them. Day to day, Amy processes customer orders and supports enquiries by phone and email, helping people find the right items and keeping orders moving smoothly.
Alongside this, she plays a key role in keeping customers informed. Amy writes and uploads blogs, schedules social media posts and helps with website updates, sharing product news, team updates and useful information to support new and existing customers.
Away from the office, Amy loves to travel and has already visited 29 countries, with plenty more on her list. When she’s at home, she enjoys baking and working on her handmade crochet creations, which she also sells. It’s a mix of creativity and patience that fits well with the care she puts into her work at Ducting Express.
