Ellouis, otherwise known as Ella, joined Ducting Express in May 2026 as part of the Sales team and has recently taken on responsibilities within the company's marketing activities. Day to day, she supports customers by helping them find the right ducting and ventilation products, processing enquiries, and orders, while also managing the business's social media platforms and helping with website updates, sharing products, team updates and keeping customers updated with company news, products, and industry content.
Before joining Ducting Express, Ellouis built a varied career across several industries. She spent six years working within the Justice and Immigration sector, where she developed strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills while working in a fast-paced environment. Alongside this, she has experience in retail, hospitality, and the equine industry, giving her a well-rounded background in customer service and working with people from all walks of life.
Her diverse experience is supported by a range of qualifications, including a Diploma in Equine Management, Supporting Learning and Teaching, Supporting Children and People with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Beauty Treatments and Business Studies. This broad skill set has helped her develop a patient, adaptable and people-focused approach, which she brings into both the sales and marketing sides of her role at Ducting Express.
Outside of work, Ellouis enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family and creating lasting memories with her son. She has had horses since the age of five and continues to enjoy horse riding, sharing her life with two horses and three cats. Whether she's at the stables, spending time with family or looking after her animals, she values the balance that these interests bring and carries that same dedication and enthusiasm into her work each day.
