Enya joined Ducting Express in 2021 and has since worked across multiple roles within the business, now serving as Office Manager. She helps keep the day-to-day running of the office organised – supporting colleagues, coordinating tasks and making sure customers are kept updated.
She has been in customer-facing roles since leaving school, working across different industries and building strong communication skills along the way. At Ducting Express, Enya initially started as the LEV Co-ordinator, managing the workload of the LEV engineer and assisting the sales team wherever support was needed.
Keen to deepen her technical knowledge, she has gained accreditations in W201 Basic Principles in Occupational Hygiene and P601 Thorough Examination and Testing of Local Exhaust Ventilation Systems. This mix of customer service experience and LEV training means she understands both the practical and technical sides of the work, which is a real asset in her current role.
Outside of work, Enya enjoys getting out on her bike, unwinding with video games and watching true crime documentaries. She likes a good story and a bit of problem-solving, regardless if that’s on screen, in a game or helping colleagues and customers find the right answer during the working day.
