Rita has been part of Ducting Express since 2018, working as Accounts & HR Manager. She oversees the company’s bookkeeping and leads on the development and implementation of policies, procedures and internal processes. Her work helps keep the numbers in order while also supporting a positive, organised and productive workplace.
Before joining Ducting Express, Rita built a varied career across several people-focused roles. She gained experience in the social housing sector, later retrained as a teacher and went on to co-own a pre-school. This mix of roles has given her strong skills in compliance, communication and leadership, as well as plenty of experience dealing with complex situations in a calm, constructive way.
That background now feeds into her day-to-day work at Ducting Express (ranging from handling HR matters with care to making sure financial and regulatory responsibilities are met).
Outside of work, Rita enjoys practising yoga, spending time in her garden and following her long-standing passion for equine sports. Whether she’s tending plants, out at the stables or on a yoga mat, she values anything that combines focus, balance and being outdoors.
