Tracy is the Logistics Manager within the Ducting Express office team, a role she has been dedicated to since joining the company in 2016. She plays a key part in keeping orders moving smoothly, coordinating dispatches, speaking with customers and working closely with the warehouse and couriers to make sure everything goes where it needs to, when it needs to.
Before joining Ducting Express, Tracy studied painting and decorating at college and later worked in catering and sales. Those roles gave her plenty of experience working with people, staying organised and dealing with busy days, all of which she now brings into the day-to-day running of the logistics function.
Alongside her career, Tracy has raised three children and is now a proud grandmother to three grandchildren.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys simpler, quieter moments. She loves walking Loki, her much-loved black Labrador, getting stuck into a good book and spending time at her sewing machine. From patchwork-style projects to other sewing ideas, she enjoys making things by hand (a creative streak that balances out the structured, schedule-driven side of her role at Ducting Express).
