A Team Built on Experience and Expertise

At Ducting Express, our business is built around a simple principle: technical excellence delivered by people who care. Since our formation in 2010, we have grown from a dedicated two-man operation into a nationally recognised supplier, but we have kept the close-knit culture of a family business.

While our leadership team (Graham & John) brings a combined history of over 35 years in extraction design and major construction management, it is the dedication of our wider team that drives our success today. From the warehouse floor to the design desk, we work as one cohesive unit to make sure your workshop is safe, compliant, and efficient.

Technical Knowledge You Can Lean On

We’re here to provide solutions, not just to sell you parts. Our office team (led by Enya) is comprised of industry professionals who invest heavily in their own training to better support you. Our staff holds key industry accreditations, including W201 (Basic Principles in Occupational Hygiene) and P601 (Thorough Examination and Testing of LEV Systems).

This commitment to learning means that when you call us, you aren’t just speaking to an order taker, you are rather speaking to a team that understands the technical realities of airflow, pressure, and legislation. We even back our commercial and technical planning with high-level analytical skills, with degree-level mathematics expertise within the team (say hi to Jack), ensuring precision in our calculations.

Operational Excellence & Safety

Getting the right kit to your site on time is just as important as the design itself. Our logistics (Tracy) and accounts departments (Rita & Jack) are run by long-serving staff members, many of whom have been with us for nearly a decade. This high retention rate is something we are incredibly proud of, and it means our team knows our products inside out and understands the specific needs of our recurring customers.

We also aim to keep up to date with the latest industry news and product information through our dedicated sales and marketing support (I see you, Amy).

Safety is at the heart of everything we do. It is a core value instilled by our founders and followed by every employee. We were incredibly proud to see this collective effort recognised when Ducting Express was awarded Workplace Safety Initiative of the Year at the 2025 UK Business Awards.
