The multifunctional Helios GigaBox is suitable for conveying medium to high volume flows against high resistances in ventilation systems. The compact frame design and installation-friendly accessories allow variable adaptation to structural conditions by simply moving the casing panels. Also available with EC drive technology for maximum efficiency.
Cubic ventilation box with intake and extract spigots, with flexible connectors to reduce vibration transmission and variable applicable side panels to suit to structural conditions. Simple positioning by standard crane hooks. Self-supporting enclosure frame construction made of aluminium hollow sections. Double-walled, 20 mm thick side panels made of galvanised sheet steel, sound and heat insulated by lining with non-combustible mineral wool. The enclosure panels can be replaced as required with accessories such as weather louvres and condensate trays. Additional accessories, wall bracket and weather protection roof can be mounted inside and outside as required. High-performance centrifugal impeller made of steel with backward curved blades on galvanised steel disc , directly driven. Vibration-free running due to dynamic balancing together with the motor in accordance with quality class 6.3 to DIN ISO 1940 T.1. Driven by single-phase AC external rotor motor, enclosed, maintenance-free design, speed controllable by voltage reduction, built-in thermal contacts wired in series with the winding, self-resetting, sealed, low-noise ball bearings with long-term lubrication. Mains connection at the terminal box integrated in the unit (IP54).
