The joinery woodwork filter bags are made from a 350g polyester needlefelt material.
Due to differing applications, dust loading, air to cloth ratios, cleaning methods, particle shape, particle size etc. we do not have an efficiency test as all dust arrestors are different to each other. We use a “rule of thumb” that states an efficiency of 99.997% @ 5 micron and above once a dust cake has formed, although dependant on the conditions we could actually achieve a sub-micron efficiency.
We would recommend securing the filter bags by using endless tie down rachet straps. They also have a top connecting loop you can use if required.
