The Kemper VacuFil 500 Replacement Filter is an original KEMPER filter cartridge designed to provide effective filtration and maintain the performance of compatible welding fume extraction equipment. It is also compatible with the Kemper WeldFil Compact – 3420.
The filter cartridge has a 10 m² filter surface and a filtration efficiency of >99.9%. It is classified as Dust Class M, providing high-efficiency filtration for effective particle collection.
The cartridge uses polyester fleece with a KemTex® ePTFE membrane. The membrane has a microstructure containing billions of randomly arranged pores and is thermally fixed to the supporting polyester fibre fleece.
The filter cartridge measures 350 × 600 mm (D × H), and weighs approximately 5.6 kg. It features a stable metal basket, fully glued filter medium, and foam rubber sealing gasket.
