I needed to place an order on proforma instead of using the online store. I spoke to a helpful person who took my list and generated a proforma. However, before placing the order I realised a few items needed to be added. So I got back in touch via email only to receive one back listing a bunch of reasons why I’d basically put out the sales guy and asking me to check everything again I wouldn’t have to amend the proforma a third time.
Should have cancelled the order, but I needed the parts ASAP.
When the ducting fittings arrived, they were in a single lined box with no bubble wrap and some fittings were dented. I’ve had to use them anyway due to time constraints.
Might try another company next time.
