The products are high quality and the service/responses are quick an well informed but unfortunately they don't offer returns/replacement parts if you need to exchange due to changes in your project. For £60 you can have a private courier collect, so if you are doing a smaller project like myself the costs of the return is same/similar to the cost of the product itself. Only other option is return in store but for a company to offer nationwide delivery I believe there should be more in place for reasonable returns.
